Are you the one who is running the rickshaw business ? There are literally labourers and masons among coastal elites like kapus and chowdarys . Just check the hurun rich list to know the reality . Literally 70 percent of engineering colleges in tg along with 60 percent of big builders in Hyd are reddys .

Hurun list lo vunnadhi richest people no doubt. But here we are talking about labour caste that served the  British Monarchy and Nizam ki Gulamgiri.

All of a sudden due to economic reforms in 1991, plenty of money came and Hyd got richer than ever.

Most of the wealth was held by Kommas from Coastal and Reddies from Beggarseema and TG.

Its by chance not by design. Remove real estate and Pharma industries Hyd will be another Lahore or Karachi

Telangana reddys are literally the zamindari ones and there are multiple billionaires , from the pakanati , motati and gudati subcastes . We literally have Telangana reddy relatives who had gadis and 10s of thousands of acres lands . My cousin , though a rayalaseema reddy and daughter of kadapa sitting mla madhavi reddy , married the great grandson of Ranga Reddy himself . 

We are in real estate and education sector , most of the businesses like msn , hetero , tanla , knr , balaji amines , medha servo drives ,medplus , ctrl s etc . are tg reddys only . Rayalaseema and nellore ones like aparna builders , aurobindo , gvpr , virchow , apollo , dr reddys , meil - related to us ( krishna district ) , ramky ( guntur ) etc are there too .

This is despite being only 4.5 percent of population ( telangana caste census report ) . I would in fact say that they are in fact even more dominant than Raylaseema reddys , except the Nellore ones in business .

Regarding your comments on appearance , maybe you should look at elites of coastal AP , they look worse .

Rayalaseema people don't have good opinion of businessmen in general ,they don't like doing small scale business ,most of rayalaseema reddies only stayed in high yield business like real estate and mining  while coastal Andhra  and also chitoor ones diversified into pharma,healthcare,food,media and other businesses with smaller margins but bigger scale.but attitude of rayalaseema people has changed in recent times and you will see more business people out of rayalaseema in different fields.

There are tons of reddys from kadapa too in businesses . Gvpr engineers , virchow labs , penna cements , bharati cements , shirdi sai electricals , sri krishna pharmaceuticals etc . Chittoor too in pharma , healthcare etc . Just shocked to see the amount of lies and hate being spewed here by the other poster .

Maybe you should look at begger uttarandhra , begger godavari , begger guntur and prakasam districts .

In terms of development , Telangana > Rayalaseema > Andhra . Imagine boasting about subsistence agriculture sector without any industries ( except Vizag ) .

Rayalaseema districts have massive industrial hubs like Kia and BEL in Anantapur , Sri City - Alstom , Cadbury , Isuzu , Apollo tyres , hero motocorp , daikin , colgate , foxconn etc . Kadapa - zuari , india cements , shirdi sai electricals , dalmia , century ply etc . Kurnool has IIIT , greenko , jsw , rain cements etc . Tirupati has many universities , 5 star hotels , electronics companies - celkon , sunny opotech , tcl etc .

Can you name one electronics , automobile , renewable energy or tourism hub in Andhra on par with Rayalaseema ?

400 years of Gulaaamgiri.

My point is simple, the econimic reforms of 1991 by PVNR worked out and forward castes like Reddies and Chows really made a difference- by usurping the resources and wealth.

Nothing to boast about. These same people come and clean KFC toilets in UK ans elsewhere.

Thats the only way I can connect to them, 

Please do not compare them with real wealth creators like Haps, Chinese and Germans
