India and China are the biggest buyers of gold and silver in open market. They expect fiat currency to decline as US keep printing money. Quantitative easing, buying their own bonds. They are looking at alternative currency. 
Therr are also reports that US wants Venezuela for metals and their desire for Greenland is well known, for rare earth metals. 
It’s an economic war.

initially we started our conversation on silver…but when i ask india connection you addedd nicely gold too…

You need to really understand what's been happening since 2014 when BJP came to power.

There has been constant effort to bring back the proud feeling of 'Nationalist Indian'.

As part of this agenda, there has been multifaceted effort from the IT cell of BJP. There are many faces to this effort, almost all of them use WA/FB/YT/Quora as their platforms.

 

Face 1: Push Nationalistic agenda via Reliance owned channels like FirstPost, Republic TV and a dozen others who churn out DeshBhakt content.

 

Face 2: Get aggressive on History especially on Colonial Rule, Islamic Past, Gandhi family, Nehru family - paint Hindus as Saints & innocent victims. At the same time, create newer versions of how Great Hindu Kings were and they never lost any battle.

 

Face 3: Push Yoga, Ayurveda as main styles of life and give importance to Astrology, Vedas & Puranas.

 

Face 4: Hide all your defence failures & keep claiming that India is a defense sooper power, even though all its Navy & Aircrafts are decades old.

 

Face 5: Invest in Bollywood and churn out Nationalistic feelings of pride via movies.

 

Face 6: Temples - just give them attention - bring Muhurtham concept in every Gov department. Change names of places and monuments that suit this neo-Nationalistic Agenda.

 

Face 7: Propaganda - Only propaganda - Jai Shankar, Ajith Dowal, Modi, Sashi Tharoor, Shah without them India would have been invaded and colonised by Pakistan by 2020.

 

Face 8: Topple every state Gov that's already in limbo. TN & AP have a sensible voter base so BJP is gaining no momentum at least here but mostly successful everywhere.

 

Face 9: Go deep into history and paint everyone as traitors of Hinduism - MK Gandhi, Motilal Nehru, J Nehru, Indira, Rajeev, Akbar, Babur, Britishers ... no limits here absolutely

 

Face 10: abba Sai Ram, I think this list will never end.

 

 

 

I do not have any problem with any of those 10 above but the problem is with hypocrisy:

1. While claiming to protect cows, BJPs close associate some X Agarwal is the owner of India's biggest beef exporting company.

2. Always drooling for FDI, NRI remittances, foreign relations while at the same time hating every foreign country.

3. Modi especially - Always trying to be in the good books &  trying to grab awards from Middle Eastern nations and America.

4. 24x7 tens and hundreds of Digital channels - with millions of Proud Indians spitting their feelings on WA/FB/Quora/YT..

5. ALL THIS WHILE IMPORTING PLASTIC FROM CHINA AND HIGH-END PRODUCTS FROM THE WEST.
