Developer aithe start with mcp servers and AI Agents. Try building simple AI Agents that can do automation and you will be owner of it.

Start here for intuition and complete the 7-8 video series and then learn about rag and fine tuning and then gen A.I tools for making production grade software .

Everyone cannot be a Gen AI engineer. It needs a lot of learning and you also need an opportunity. Most MS or Graduate college students have a better profile in this.

Rather, look at your skill set and see how you can prolong your career with AI Capabilities. 

Since you know Power BI, start looking into Predictive analytics and transforming data into future insights. You have to start looking at the value-proposition for the company that can give the edge in its business. @a4apple

Because they have more resources ,they don't even need tutorials for complex subjects , they can just use chatgpt.
