Ysr gaaru is a great leader , a man of integrity , kindness and empathy . If there is any politician who I would salute from the bottom of my heart , it would be YSR and then Jagan gaaru . I still remember , my grandfather , a retired chief engineer in roads and buildings department had met his friend of 40 years when he was CM . He only requested to connect the mandal headquarters Nossam . Not only did YSR sanction a road , he saw through it that a degree college was built . He always carried a notebook , so that all requests for developments could be noted timely - I remember my entire family was grief stricken for 1 week after Ysr gaaru had passed away .

These are just developments , even in welfare the schemes like Arogyasri , 108 ambulance , free power provided relief to poor people - literally the people with meagre earnings of 4-5000 per month in those days . Fee reiumbursement resulted in nearly 600 engineering colleges today , the colleges had more than doubled from 200 to 500 then . It is truly a Swarna Yugam for AP . In 5 years, the amount of development projects that YSR got done was highly appreciable....

Usually CBN gets all the credit for the Developmental works..YSR should get credit almost equally .

ORR was then ridiculed by CBN and  intellectual people like JP.

Just acquiring Airport lands was a Herculean task for CBN.. YSR fixed that and completed it in notime.

YSR tackled the Naxalite problem like it didn't exist in AP. CBN had no clue on how to handle it except for saying that we will use technology to end the problem. Poor guy got hit and luckily escaped while his Home minister didn't escape.

Jagan is no way comparable to YSR on the development front, may be he is to a little extent on welfare front. like Med colleges and Govt Schools.

YSR was branded as a factionist. Leaving aside if it is rightly said or not.

NTR has done even gruesome murder politics or facilitated the massacres and faction based murders.. Look at the massacres done under his tenure.be it Karamchedu or Neerukonda.. and siding with a Devineni Nehru's faction to kill Ranga..

CBN is lot better than NTR on that front.
