Malaysia: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has suspended access to Grok following repeated misuse to generate "obscene, sexually explicit, indecent, grossly offensive and non-consensual manipulated images". Access will be resumed only after X Corp. and xAI implement adequate safeguards.

Turkey: A Turkish court has ordered a ban on access to Grok after it allegedly generated content deemed insulting to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the founder of modern Turkey, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.

• European Union: The EU's executive arm has called the generation of such content "illegal" and "disgusting," emphasizing that it has "no place in Europe".
• France: The Paris prosecutor's office has widened an ongoing investigation of X to include sexually explicit deepfakes generated by Grok.
• India: The government issued an ultimatum to X to take down all "unlawful content" and review Grok's technical framework.
• Australia: The Prime Minister condemned the material as "completely abhorrent" and noted that the nation's eSafety Office is investigating.
• Brazil: A lawmaker reported Grok and X to federal authorities for generating and publishing non-consensual sexualized images.
