Court attorney office ki cal chesa what should I bring or what am I supposed to do in hearing date antey bring the phone annadi

she asked what is the outcome of the case 

I said other ppl not fall into this trap and if I get my money back that would be great she noted

adi avvadu. retaliation kinda vastadi. Prosecution antha chusukuntadi. You are a witness. Alanti allegations vunte, inquiry time lone chestaadu.

You should ask for compensation as well.

In April - May I asked its been more than 4 months can I get an update ani, she responded we were able to trace him and we will send the details andi 

after 1 year ivala court nundi letter vachindi 

Subpoena- jan 22 - trial - officer scheduling with address and time icharu with a case # and tracking #

 

i called district court to get more details vallu u showed up Dec 23 antadi no I did not ani cheppa you need to discuss with sheriff dept and check and you need to come to court Jan 22 andi

sheriff dept ki cal chesa with case # in the letter they got some info cop xyz dealt and they need to Divya’s more andi nenu new phone teesukovadam valla cop tho chat deleted I was able to get her email and I emailed her asking same yet to get an update

This happened to me awhile ago. Screen porch Contractor tried to scam me. He took money and ran away. I contacted department of justice and filed a case against him. DOJ investigated and found he is a serial offender in other states. I had to go to DOJ investigation wing and recorded my statement and told me that if needed i need to appear in court but finally not needed. That scumbag is still in jail.

That was my best course of action at that time.

Since he was already a convicted felon I contacted his probation officer and he has no obligations going to DOJ

i contacted local lawyer too and he also suggested to go this route.

First I went to county to put a stop on his current projects and I got a list of all his current projects from county and went to each and every project and explained them he is a fraudster. Guess what All of them are Indians.

i also went to police and opened a case then someone suggested DOJ route since he has history. He is going to serve 68 month jail time.

I also contacted 2 local news channels with all the proofs and they ran a special 10 minute show on how he is scamming Indian people.
