• If you don't have good money/job no one will respect you, not even your own family , you will not realize this until you are in this situation, the disrespect may be subtle most of the times but easy enough to notice 
• Everyone expects something from you including your family, call it a social contract, if you don't fulfill it, your relationship will eventually fail or you will drift apart from them, so take your responsibilities seriously for those you care about and take it easy for those you don't care about
• 99% of the times the news you hear does not impact you at all (like some x happening in some y place) but you feel tense or hyped or worried and it impacts your mental psyche unnecessarily, so don't be too engaged with news, most of the news cycle is manipulated with bias/opinions
• always have some 'me' time and space to build mental health
• nothing should be greater to you other than your physical health, even if you are old vuncle, its better late than never to build some muscles and fitness
