Yes, we rented a house. I got a job in a new city and we didnt like the apartments. So I checked on Zillow and signed the agreement. Landlord lives in California and my friend did the walk trough and took the keys. Later we moved, for first two months we didnt felt anything and then my wife started noticing missing stuff, locks and I ignored all her complaints.

Then one day when we are doing yard work, neighbor came and told what happened. Before my landlord bought the home, a older lady was living in the home with her daughter. Her husband died when their house is under construction, so she moved to this house with her daughter. Her daughter has argument with lady and left city. My neighbor wanted to do well ness check and rang the bell, she didn't opened and she thought she may be out for Christmas. After Christmas she noticed door is open and went inside. She saw the body and called 911 and she died three days ago. I still ignored the story and we are living normally. One day my wife found a gold chain in the shrink, she wanted to take permission from the older lady if she can keep the gold chain and left the chain top of the TV. 

Twist enti ante, we like the house plans of this builder. They are constructing new homes in a different neighbor hood. When we went to the builder office, construction manager was also there and we were telling them what we dont like in the home. He asked our address and when we gave him the address and his first response was he thinks that home is haunted
