it's natural consequence bro, India lo anyone going to a doctor will enquire if it's OC or not. This is how govts keep discrimination alive.

See, there are two sides of coin here....SC/ST/OBC doctors stay in India mostly....but OC doctors lo high percentage goes to US, UK etc...so, why should Indian government fund for doctors going abroad? Sare, next 10 years free doctor seat vaste we will serve in India only ante AA declaration ivvataniki yedchi sastaru Malli....

Guntur medical college lo many kamma, reddy, bapan etc doctors migrated lo US after studying from government money....most SC/ST/OBC doctors stay in India...it's a statistically verifiable thing

Agree, govt shouldn't fund as well, same with IITs NITs. US is the best beneficiary of our IITs. but it's a completely different topic, just having a degree doesn't make one a doctor which is what govt is facilitating here.
