somewhat true but I see bad contractors, politicians involved for continuous income.

Only way to reduce corruption is more investment into modernizing the entire process.

That takes money. For that they have to reduce subsidies on agriculture. These people will be out on streets and prevent govt.

Psuedo Farmers who depend on subsidies are brining down the nation.

If you cant farm profitably, dont ask for handouts like beggars. 

Companies can do that economically using heavy machinery.
