Will implement avaledu, that doesn't mean property is not under my possession. The property is under our control and possession as we aquired it in a different understanding .Both are different…and in my case, property litigation lo vunte ne safe, because as per HUF, self acquired property ki will vunte that supersedes any agreement what so ever…no if’s and but’s…! Gyan Time : Ancestral will vunte Self acquired property HUF lo aithe supercedes every other arrangement. Time limit kuda vundadu like 12 yrs. Others can challenge, but eventually Will gets implemented. It takes time, but it will.
