what is surprising is that even in Bangalore a lot of the real estate is in Reddy's hands. A lot of them migrated from Anantapur, Kadapa, Kurnool and Chittoor districts and settled in Bangalore in the last 30 -40 years.. We were looking for an apartment to buy in Bangalore last year and I was surprised by the sheer number of Reddy landlords there.. may not be as dominant as Hyderabad like 70 to 80% but I would say more like 25 to 30% which is still very high considering it's a different state ..

Sankranthi is basically a harvest festival celebrated by farmers across many cultures. Punjabis does it as Lohri, Marathis as sankranthi, tamils as pongal. Also surya rao vuncle jumps from dhanu to makaram....marking the transition of his movements into the northern hemisphere.
