YSR has nothing to do with paritarla ravi ,it has to do with congress coming to power ,paritarla ravi himself told he has good relation with YSR family and all the enemies of paritarla were enemies of ys family has well.

But YSR convinced all of them to work together for his political ambition and in return he had to let them do whatever they want.

You can file a rit in court seeking clarification or asking to intervene or requesting court to direct officials to do a thing etc just for stalling it.. The courts simply stays or it stalls the investigation saying wait until they provide clarification , everything is delayed in the mean time the witness would be killed...

That's because old officer ram singh  took the case in wrong direction and after the investigation officer changed the case took a new direction
