Konchem time teeskoni ee article chaduvu(last few paras specific to india), its the same old india. This is about capital markets, there's 0 reform and still the same finance minister is incharge. 

you can say the same about every sector and they are sitting on many reforms which the commitees have given reports(education for ex) without implementing them scared to death of losing govt babu votes. But they didn't think 1 minute about implementing even more strict sc st laws where 90% are false cases. Now they are ready to implement ugc changes putting caste divide into every educational institution. BJP literally does what congress says it wants to do. But their media game is good with hype.
