There is a definite founder for a city ,names may change for that jurisdiction but you cant claim some random village or settlement existed in some xx period.

For example constantinople was founded by greeks but its name got changed to Istanbul ,still the founders of the city will be greeks.

There might be random villages by some people before that but that won't be considered as they weren't cities officially founded by rulers and grew continuously from there.

Unna kaani they aren't important in present day ,most present day metro cities were found by Britishers and muslim rulers.

Hyderabad was an empty land with maybe at most some villages here and there when qutub shahis found the city.

The name Bhagyanagaram also derived from qutub shahis wife ,even then it's a rumour that he wanted to name the city after her, no proper evidence.

The seventh Nizam Mir Osman Ali Khan of Hyderabad state was made the   *RAJ-PRAMUKH* 1950 to 1956 equivalent to present Governor, the Head of the state of erstwhile HYDERABAD after the Nizams kingdom joined the Indian Union by the then Govt. Of India .

India got electricity when Hyderabad used it 15 years before. 

No outsider has developed Hyderabad, it was already a developed place before india became independent.

Now Hyderabad is in Telangana State as it's capital.

TDP also has got blood on its hands. CBN killed NTR in most brutal way. He even managed to get the chappal slaps to Senior most Jabardasth artist.

But Pulkas force us to take only Good from TDP.

Same is the case ... Razakars are a stain on Nizams history... but Pulkas wanted to erase all Good history of Nizam and start re-writing books by claiming "Its because of CBN who brought Microsoft that Hyd got richer and famous"
