Razakars are not Nizams....they are the military wing of Nizam, who rose to the prominence at the time when British Empire was on decline.  Nizams who were living under the shadow of British Army for centuries needed to take shelter of these Razakars unwillingly. But Nizams did not have other choice to fight against the impending Indian Armys attack.
