I am planning to setup a company which is a startup

not like regular consulting company

I know no basics about this, can you provide info where to start to form like CPA, book keeping and accounting services?

and this requires lot if travelling and how tk save tax benefits out of it? 

how to create website and company domain email setup?

Can you suggest best contacts in DFW area?

Shopify lo chud u can get templates and chat gpt lo Chudu I can get idea

Reach out to any local CPA .. they can help open LLC  and then have election done for S-Corp .. 200-250$ max anthe .. u can open by urselves too without CPA .. Google it or check youtube .. chala videos untay

CPA can help with that. They charge 400 or 500 and they take care of paperwork and you get good advice on tax breaks

Dhaniki u have lot of time uncle .. next yr taxes apudu kada .. till then asalu 1099 medha entha revenue ostundo chusko .. 3-months consistent ga revenue ochaka then talk to CPA
