If you value school ratings over new construction, try communities near durbin crossing. Don't be fooled by the school ratings of master planned communities of silver leaf and shearwater. They are overcrowded and understaffed.

I think it is Trailmark community. New homes 40% of them occupied by desis.

Small home is best. It’s a hell if a maintenance for a bigger home

Okay... all the best kaka.. . Just keep aside around 10K and invest in shares (standard ones) and forget it... do not even look at it... This would be your emergency fund when you lose a job are not able to earn something for certain period of time. Remember this is not for Health Care or something.. this money is to cover your emi's for 2-3 months...
