Yes. Venkateshwara Swamy temple.. temple closed early due to bad weather yesterday and unknown people did it. 

 

Vandalism at Temple Premises

Dear Devotees,

We wish to inform you that earlier today, one of the Dvārapālakas located outside our temple premises was found damaged due to an act of vandalism. The incident has been documented, and appropriate authorities have been notified. We are actively working with the Cary Police Department and reviewing available surveillance footage as part of the ongoing investigation. We are fully cooperating with them as they investigate the matter.

While this is deeply distressing to all of us, we want to reassure the community that the sanctity of the temple has not been compromised. Our priests and advisors are guiding us on the appropriate religious procedures, including repair and any required prāyaścitta, in strict accordance with āgamic traditions.
 

 

Arrangements are already underway to restore the Dvārapālaka with the care, reverence, and craftsmanship it deserves. We will share further updates as details are finalized.

At this time, we request the community’s support through calm vigilance, prayer, and unity. Let us respond in the spirit of dharma—with steadiness, compassion, and resolve. The temple stands not merely as stone and sculpture, but as a living center of faith that cannot be diminished by such acts.
