Net importer. Net borrower. India is being crushed. Indian governments playing complicit by doubling this madness by tying rupee to dollar, while printing Indians into oblivion. 

The reaper (banks) is coming to take up the distressed houses from Indian middle class this year. NRIs earning in USD should start aggressively pumping money into houses, land and farmlands now, as deals get sweeter due to distress.
