Investigation Process

Browse the map or locations list to find an address near you. Red markers need investigation.

Visit the Location

Go to the physical address. Look for the business name on signage, directories, or office doors.

Document Evidence

Take photos of the building exterior, entrance, signage, and directory. Upload any relevant documents.

Submit Your Findings

Upload your evidence through the Submit Investigation form. Your contribution helps verify H1B employer locations.

Optional: File LCA Challenge

There is nothing illegal here…

it is like going to Deloitte headquarters and asking where are all the 450K employees that work for you and why are they not here.. 

Someone needs to educate these people on how IT companies and consulting firms work..

probably they already knew it and nothing illegal. Looks they just want to expose how desi IT operate from homes and sponsor h1b to get some focus.

They should have focused on worksite addeess in LCA that many violators would have got caught.

It’s a battle of perception here.. they are able to put a stamp on all Indians that we are all fraud.. we are stealing their jobs.. we got GC’s and citizenship by fraud.. we are looting lot of money, etc etc..
