India is good for retirement or if you want to chill and take care of family business or if you want to start a business and have connections ,it's not good for working in corporate compared to any other country, especially in tier-1 cities .

Too much pollution in everything, disregard for rules.

Agree with the first part.

Regarding work culture....it became worse in US and it became better in India......Overall the gap between US and India work culture has reduced quite a bit.

In US, excessive and bad rules are leading to expensive everything...like medications, healthcare, lack of support system etc.

Agree.

Lot of people in my circle went back to India and are very happy.

Couple of those guys recently came to US on a visit and were complaining about the customer service here lol.

Facilities are much better in Hyderabad especially healthcare and support system.

Please add them to list anna

Because of these civic senseless people, we get cheap help in India.

In US, civic sense is good....but you don't get any help.

Andaru pallaki ekkithe , mosedhi evaru?

Utilize it while it lasts.

If it is pretty close, its better to take it before you go.

But people with no hope of getting GC, its better to leave if they repaid all their loans and have enough to buy their primary house.

300k tho india ki vasthe survive avochha anna

family with 2kids

Depends on how you invest it for cashflow.

Don't make the mistake of buying an apartment in high rise with that money.

Rental yield is too low in hyderabad. Invest the money wisely and rent.

If you already have primary home, the decision is easy. Just move back.

Is 300k your life time savings? Venuka Illu, polalu lanti aasthi unnaya? Unte not bad. Ledhu and you should buy RE ante, your 3 core is gone. Also, pilallu India lo pergadam chala better. It teaches street smartness and they won't be shy. America lo Indian kids, sort of soft untaru. That's because of parents again. Acads bokka ani ruddutah untaru, they don't teach them life skills and don't know how streets work. Maga pilallu aithe school kanieesam fightings cheyyali. That's their young testosterone flowing through their bodies. Ratu delthatu.

American raised kids face inferiority complex in facing mainstream Americans, as they gave frequent cultural and value clash with the mainstream Americans (read whites). They have to completely reject Indian culture or have to develop a split personality or two faces. Pretty challenging one. They themselves feel superior to mainlanders to compensate that.

Yeah. People from middle class background are disadvantaged.

Their background stops them from getting rich as they yearn for luxury when its time for them to build their financial foundation.

My middle class friends bought expensive luxury cars and my rich friends bought cheap used cars when they first started working.

High rise apartments peddha luxury kooda kadhu. It's an illusion of luxury. They don't even own land. Aa UDS share edho 20 gajalu kooda raadhu. They pay unnecessarily high utility bills, and service charges. Idantha "prestige" factor. It's all monkey see monkey do types

Indian work culture is so garbage that small increments mean nothing the system doesn't allow for a better work culture.

Healthcare medication rise is due to insurance and pharma companies lobbying.

Infact u.s has much lax regulations on average compared to other developed countries.
