em ledu mama...girls ki periods vastai kada, so vallu exact ga days ni count cheyali and appudu 8th day nunchi 18th day varuku condoms use chei r if possible intercouse lo participate cheyaku...

and ee simple n easy method fail aithe i mean pregnancy vaste...chinna tips...ammayiki papaya fruit kani nalla nuvvulu kani tinipiste chalu pregnancy gone...

no side effects nothing and so simple...in period days gals mangoes r munakkaya r to much papaya r pooris tinakudadu...vedi chestundi...lets tak care of her in her period days...she will b very healthy if u do follow dis..

Note: if u wanna participate in period days also wid her then simple...guppedu dhaniyalu water lo nanabetti one hour tarvata aa dhaniya ni padesi aa water ni aa ammai tagithe chalu...she will feel better free from pains n tress... and if she agrees wid u den proceed.

sorry2 baa...... no comment anukunnanu gani.......unfortunately, some things uve told r wrong. For example, papaya can be safely taken anytime during pregnancy....& mango, maunakkaya etc r in no way harmful.

safe period - concept is correct but this works only if the lady has regular 28 day cycle. But chalamandiki cycle can vary from 21 days to 35 days......so, appudu e method will not be successful.

NOTE: Naku evvarini hurt cheyyalani ledu but wrong notions propagate avte nastam ani cheptunna ante....
