Asalu internet kooda open chayyanivatle . This particular virus displays itself as an antivirus but its not.. #$1. i am not able to format C drive and also i am not able to reboot.

internet  connection lo " windows did not receive anynetworking hardware" ani vastundi so i am not able tyo connect internet leave about IE or any other bars

Before proceeding kill all the processes related or suspicious using task manager.

were u able to uninstall this application. if so i believe u already did it. if not try it and delete all files related in C: program files

Go to MSCONFIG and disable/ uncheck  all related app in service and startup tab first.

Then download  Malware bytes or ccleaner from another system  and copy files in USB drive and now try to install in ur system and run it in safe mode. and after that still it exist. restore ur system ur eralier date..

If dont have any important data on your computer.

Restore you computer to a recent date.

If the virus is blocking you from opening the .exe files. Login to Safe mode and then restore.
