Check it if still exists then i think u r doing something wrong. Better take it to university software support.. I dont know if u have it  in ur univ check it.. Coz i had one.

i ran this also but what after that its asking for a code after (  I would suggest running the System File Checker tool.  To run the tool do the following:  Click Start > All Programs Accessories > Command Prompt  Once the command prompt comes you type sfc/scannow ) sCo_hmmthink sCo_hmmthink

Its not supposed to ask any code.. May be ur admin password may be chek it thorough..
I think If there is Veri Imp data.. Try Some one professional or just Force format is only one option as nandmuri bidda said..

  it shows

i think u r typing in cmd prompt..

no.. just follow below steps:

windows button + 'R' (Run window)

sfc /scannow ( after sfc dont forget the space type it in Run window itself not cmd)
