govt schemes  should be more realistic and should progress the state devolopment  which i think congress  has never done

They have started aarogyasri to help the poor in emergency.. they should have phased out the scheme and would have upgraded the govt hospitals.if YSR was alive..... unfortunately it dint happen....kudos to YSR for 108/104/aarogyasri

the policy is so strong that neighbourhood states from opposition party implemented the same scheme.....
I adore YSR atleast in these aspects.......
