yentoo..idi joke oo...genuine questiono artham kaledu...
but better go to international center ki velli...akkada OPT application form(u can get frm USCIS site too) with check list thesukoni...apply cheyadame...
u have to pay 380$ after NOV 28

Contact  the Office of Intenational students ofr all detils like 3 months before the day you finish your Grad..

they will give you all the requirements for your OPT dending on all the credits you got and all factors.

That was a correct time to check if there was any issue from your Dept side ..
