There was no intimation to Indian Authority that Amar was coming to India but facts came inlight when Singh arrived at Attari Railway Station with expired visa. Singh has arrived India along with normal routine passengers in Samjoutha Express so that he could state away walk to  his home in Jammu.

Immediate after his arrival at Attari Railway station on Monday evening he was taken away by the Indian Intelligence Services to get his detail about his nine month over stay with the Pakistan ISI officials.

From day one, when he was reported missing in the month of April from the Lahore railway station, Pakistan repeatedly denied to Indian Authority about any information regarding  Amar Singh.

Amar Singh had gone to Pakistan without obtaining the mandatory approval of Indian ‘Military Intelligence’ permission, perhaps in order to keep his visit secret, said interrogating officer.

During interaction, Amar Singh revealed that when last year he went to Pakistan as pilgrimage to pay obeisance at various Sikh Shrines and on his return when he was ready to board the train for India after Custom and Immigration clearance he was whisked away by sleuth of ISI and taken to undisclosed place.

ISI official offered him strong lucrative offers to work for the Pakistan intelligence agency against India. Amar Singh was also asked about the various Army locations and its deployment particularly on sensitive areas adjoining to Pakistan Border.

Amar Singh during his service in Indian Army remained in the signal unit and aware of code words used during communication on wireless sets was also asked by ISI.

Initially Amar Singh during his illegal detention by ISI in Pakistan besides lucrative offers was also inflicted mild mental interrogation to work for Pakistan. Even many Pakistani army experts also interacted with  Amar Singh and asked about the Army working system along Indo-Pak border and communication system., said interrogating officer.

One of the reasons to detain Amar Singh in Pakistan, since he belonged to R.S. Pura sector of Jammu where his house in Jammu having close proximity with the infamous most wanted terrorist Ranjit Singh Neeta who presently enjoying undeclared asylum at Lahore in Pakistan. Neeta is most wanted terrorist, responsible for many bomb blasts and killing of Indians in India and after committing heinous offences he had slipped to Pakistan where he was still running his anti Indian activities and supporting militants in India by sending funds, drug arms and ammunition as things were disclosed when recently big haul of mass killing weapons were seized from Indo-Pak smugglers recently by the Special cell of Punjab Police.

Amar Singh didn’t revealed much about Ranjeet Singh Neeta as what ISI asked even about meeting with Neeta, added official.

However, Amar Singh was handed over to Punjab Police which issued him clean chit, since his overstay in Pakistan was not willfully since he was abducted by the ISI so he was being handed over to his family tomorrow.
