If you go outside from any of the above mentioned airports will be a concern. @3$% other than that it is your airlines path of way and it wont be a problem for you. BTW, before going to India, book the consulate appointment to attend the Visa interview with in a week, it saves any processing time at the consulate to send your stamped passport back to your home and before your return date.  sHa_high5ing

If you already activated H1b visa, that means you are on H1 visa status now,
F1 is not considerable(I guess, here not 100% sure,only 99%)
when you are on H1B visa (except somecases, if your employer is agreed to your part time studies after the minimal working hours).

because I will not be staying in germany for morethan 24hrs... u r just travelling through Germany to your Home country .. so a valid passport shud be enough .. u dont need Valid visa ani annaaru
