latestgaa rules naaku teliyadhu kaani. chaalaa europe loo airports thru vellali ante they need valid US visa(non-expired one) in passport. directgaa airlines customer service ki call chesthe vaallu cleargaa requirements cheptaaru. its better to find the information directly or check their website

Citizens of some countries including India, need Transit visa if traveling via Frankfurt. However, Indian citizens do not need a transit visa if they are going to their home country after a legal stay in US, (which is your case) or

1. If you have a valid US visa. *( This would apply when you return to US after Stamping in India)
2. If you have a Permanent residence card (Green Card)
3. Valid residency stamp in your passport.

dude.... you are exactly in the same situation where I am in last June.
I had a valid H1B Visa from Oct 2009 to Oct 2012 but not stamped....
I was on F1 while traveling to India....
My route: Columbus - WashingtonDC - Frankfurt - Hyderabad
No one asked me even a single question about my Visa status....I showed them my passport while entering the terminal/gate in frankfurt....
I got my H1B stamped in India (Hyd cons) and came back thro same route....
You can go thro' frankfurt without any issue if you have a valid VISA (no matter what!)

Arrivals nundi departure loki (ante terminal gates area, Duty free shopping area) allow chesestaru. Return vache tappudu Passport lo nee visa checking chestaru. Valla system lo untundi. Yedo # enter chesi check chestadu ( may be visa #), Plus visa genuine or fake check chestadu.
