SKC Five recommendations

1. State as it is and have different (education, water resources and general board) development boards in three different regions.
2. Royal telangana = telangana + Rayalaseema separate state.
3. Hyd, Ranga reddy and Mahabubnagar as UT and have this UT as capital for two separate states.
4. Separate andhra and telangana (with hyd as capital to telangana)
5. State as it is.
