But till I know its the same fee apart that 2000$ Additional Fee Required Under Public Law 111-230(training fee).

Usually the h1b tranfer fee is between $1,440 to $2,190 and should be paid by your employer or H1b Sponsor excluding attorney fee


The $1,440 h1b tranfer fee is for petitioners who employ no more than 25 full-time equivalent employees, including any affiliate or subsidiary.
The 2190 is for the sponsor who has more then 25 fulltime employees.

Hi Just asked a collegue...
He did tansfer recently which costed him $$4500 it seems..  So Training fee is also compulsory i guess
