Story:

An overdose tale, the story is about Ranga (Srikanth), a thief who believes in robbing only the cops who take bribes along with his group. He has a great passion for faction films, his favourite is actor Jayaprakash Reddy. Eventually, he also gets a lover and she is Mangamma (Vimala Raman), a police inspector. Ranga's life takes a turn when he sees a real factionist Bhavani Prasad (Srikanth again) who comes to attend a court case. Bhavani dies in a bomb attack and Ranga is brought to Bhavani's residence. Why does that happen? What happens to Ranga from there forms the rest of the story.

Artist Performances:

Srikanth has given a convicted performance but then his character was not given the required amount of strength. Vimala Raman was there purely for the glamour feast and her sex appeal doesn't let the audience down. But then, she has a high potential and this film was definitely not something she should have taken. Ramya Krishna was regular. Telangana Sakunthala was alright. The actor who did the villain's role was suitable. Jayaprakash Reddy brought some comedy. Jyothi, Bhuvaneshwari, Sakshi Sivanand, Taslima Sheikh gave the required visual feast to the masses. The others didn't have much to offer.

Plus Points:

    * Vimala Raman's Glamour and Sakshi's Song
    * Srikanth's Involved Performance

Minus Points:

    * Weak Direction
    * No Depth In Scenes
    * Poor Screenplay
    * Eccentric Dialogues
    * Second Half
    * Less Comedy

Analysis:

The film follows the routine path of faction and it must be said that the line was good but it required an able director with proper script, screenplay knowledge to get that right. However, all that was missing here and film missed the target by miles. Some of the scenes were simply amateur and it tested the patience of the audience. Overall, it is a total mass film but then even the masses may like only few parts. At the box office, this will be a below average grosser.

Verdict: Stay Away From It, If You Can!
