it seems finding a good consultancy is a litl bit worst nwadaz.

my best suggest'n is try to find one frm ur person'l contacts, some known frnds rater than onlin, if u find somone frm onlin also do a bgwrk bfr decide anything. and get a deal with them, like filing for a H1, payrate, wht will be the position aftr entry into US.
