When to File taxes when you are on OPT?

mamalu, OPT lo vunnapudu taxes eppudu file cheyali?

manaki w2 forms jan 31st lopu ravali kadha. Vachhaka eppudu file cheyali.

  Nenu CPT lo job chesinappudu,  nenu maa university vallu cheppinappudu file chesey vadini.

eppudu OPT kadha, i have no idea whether university will send me an email about it or not.

Evarikina telisthey koncham help cheyanidi?

Yes you can apply anytime before april 2011 , I did the same for 2009 and applied for taxes before april 2010 and I got it within 1 month through Turbotax online, but you can apply through any known attorney or at any H&R block office locations

turbo tax lo mana non -residents ki imp aina oka form undadu kada mama........aa form ento idea ledu but adi lekunda manam tappuga file chestunnam emo, ekkuva returns ki kakrutti padi................

i think what you said is incorrect. everyone should pay before april 2nd week. even people making below min tax bracket also need to file(Whether you require to pay the taxes or not. as long as you made some income in 2010 then you need to file taxes)
