non-residents ante for those people who are not living in US kadhaaa?

like say you have a home you rented out but you are living in a different country then i think it becomes non-resident.

resident antee i think 180 days or more in US anukuntaa. aaa resident term definition koncham confusing. make sure you do research before claiming yourself as non-resident
