Bypass youtube country restriction

hi.. does any1 know how to bypass youtube country restriction.. I mean, if you go to this url  ( [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MautDTiJac#]YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.[/url]  ), it says video is blocked in your region. I want to know how to spoof my ip address to watch such youtube videos.. im guessing proxy might work but does any1 kw any proxy server details (preferably Indian addresses......)
