Overseas deputation agreement

TCS sent me a notice for breaching overseas deputation agreement to pay 6L, did it happen to anyone here?
How to proceed about it, pls advise me if any one experienced the same.

Almost 8 of my friends got court notices to pay amount with interest for ignoring the letters from TCS, i am trying to negotiate with them  !q# !q#

mundu local ga lawyer tho matladu.. thondara padi negotiation ki poku...
ilanti caselu nila badavu court lo.... they are just trying to threaten you thats it...

dhairyam cheppinanduku thanks ba, i will wait and see ...if i get second notice i will check with a lawyer to see if i have any other options.....oka lawyer suggested me not to fight with corporate companies andhukey koncham bayam start ayyindi.....will see how it goes  sSc_hidingsofa

Maa friend okadu last week resign chesadu, nee lane L1 to H1.  2 months notice ichadu..3 months notice vundali nuvvu 2 months ichav kaabati 1.5L kattamannaranta HR vaalu

he is right.

dont go wid emotions. Try to contact a corporate lawyer..if u dont know one..talk to ur H-1B holder/employer...if u think tht wont work..ask ur frnz H-1B consltancy owner abt d details of a reasonable corp lawyer.

also..research on the internet and try to find similr cases and find  loop hole in the whole process. Usually corp agreements re well done ..but still they can be beaten..
