Which is the highest rated Telugu movie on IMDB?

Though that's not the deciding criteria to judge how good a movie is.....I just want to know the choice of Internet-savvy Telugu movie buffs

I've seen              9.7 for Swathimuthyam and
                          9.2 for Swarna kamalam

but now the rating of these movies has taken a deep plunge....donno why

IMDB rating depends on the votes polled ..... I dont think much of our Telugu people vote for this movies.

Def, Swathimuthyam deserves that rating ...... but I feel SagaraSangamam as the best though
