H1 Stamping - Is it better to go know pLEASE ADVICE

H1 Stamping -  I am planning to go for H1 stamping next month..This is the first time as i am changing from F1 to H1..Please let me know if it is a better time as i came across some people telling me its a risk...PLEASE ADVISE THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Education evaluation, from US.
All work Experience letters from jobs.
Current Resume.
last 3 payslips for H-1 (for Change of Status).
if a/p I-20 and EAD card for US grads
I-94,f&b – with entry date stamp,
old passport tht was used to enter into us,if a/p
consulate interview confirmation ltr
