Help in .Net with Editor ... pls help guys...

hello friends...

nadhi healthcare project... The client needs to type Medical Certificate for a patient ..  ... now  for typing medical certificate , there is a HTML editor .. HTML editor(from HTML Editor from ajax tool kit) looks something like  our DB editor ....

In the above pic u can see that when I click in second line and click any of the smiley above, I will be getting it exactly at the position of the cursor... now I want to implement the same functionality...

but I am getting at the end of the last line of the Editor no matter if I keep the cursor in first line and click any smiley above....

I don't know how to solve this problem... my editor is a stupid usercontrol... used from ajax tool kit...

naaku ajax toolkit idea ledu baa...

but ikkada issue enti antey... whatever the count of lines may be there in your window, the editor is treating all of them as a single line and pasting the smileys at the end of line.

okavela mee editor lo rich text area ani untey adhi use chey baa... adhi correct ga work avvochu... memu idhe use chesthamu...

other than that, I don't know how to help you out of this issue... sorry baa...

thanx mama... actually HTML editor ni rich text use chesthunna.... kani I think nenu javascript lo edo rayali anukunta.... evi peruke ajax controls kani, evi chala matuku asynchronous postbacks seyavu.... so adi problem....

I have a listbox with some values and a HTML editor below...

now when user clicks a listbox value, it will autopostback and the selected value must be landed in the exact cursor position of HTML editor ....

ardam ayyinda ??

If the cursor is at second line and user selects a value from listbox above, the selected listbox value must be landed in the second line where cursor is ... not in the last line of the editor...


ee problem google lo chala sepu vethikanu.. kani no use...if any one knows plsss help friends...

If I select 'Age' from listbox in above pic. then 'Age' must be dropped in the second line after 'is' ... but my problem is I am getting at the end of the last line i.e.. just after 'that' word....
