The realtors witnessed a boom during the end of 2009 and the sub-registrar’s offices witnessed hectic transactions. Now, the number and value of registrations have come down.

A realtor, M Durga Rao, however, saw this as a temporary phenomenon and asserted that there was no dearth of customers for apartments. Another realtor, Ch Ramesh, said that realtors should have proper planning in view of the present market trends.
