The video originated from a company that makes these videos for a living. The "2 Girls 1 Cup" video is actually the trailer for a 62 minute long video that can be found on the MFXMedia site. MFX claims it is real.
In the full video there are no scene cuts. I do not know if it is real poop or not, but they ate whatever that substance was that came from her rear end. X-(
after words an anonymous person who claimed to be in the video said they had to stick a capsule up her butt and when she actually pooped the capsule would break and fake poop mixed with real poop would come out.
Although I'm pretty sure that the puking parts were real.
