The "2 Girls 1 Cup" video is actually the trailer for a 62 minute long video that can be found on the MFXMedia site. MFX claims it is real. In the full video there are no scene cuts. I do not know if it is real poop or not, but they ate whatever that substance was that came from her rear end.
