Why is corruption rampant in India?

The corruption is a serious problem in India. I could see that in my day to day life. How can we avoid this? How can we speed up the making of a "Developed India"?

Three solutions in my opinion..

1. politics join ayyi system ni clean cheyyi..
2. luncham ivvadam maneseyyi..no matter what
3. corrupt officers ni expose cheyyachu..valla corruption ni prove cheyalekapoyina, publicity ivvachu..reputation damage ayyi kontha mandi aaputaremo hopefully..

everybody should be aeare of their rights and their responsibilities.Social policing should be there. The existing law should be implemeneted equally to all.

should the govt be serious about this corruption? should we need to have a serious rules for govt employees?
