Problem Description: This problem consists of two parts.
Part I : Develop a bank application.
This application should facilitate two account types - Checking account and Savings account.
Savings account earns interest while Checking account does not.
Savings account should allow to verify the interest earned.
Checking account allows both withdrawal and deposit of money, while Saving account only allows deposits.
Both accounts should allow the users to check balances.
This application should allow users to create both types of accounts with no initial amount and
some user specified amount.
Part II : Develop a client (user) application, that USES the Bank application from Part I
This application should make use of all the functionality supported by the Bank application.
This should create both Checking account and Savings account, with or with out an initial amount.
This should deposit and withdraw money, check balance on both the account Types, check interest on Savings.
This should print each action to the console/terminal.

Part I should demonstrate the OOP concepts (Abstraction, Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism),
