Urgent please help ..about univ

Maaa frnd  okadu TVU lo CPT theesukunnadu ,H1 apply chesadu .REceipt kooda vachindhi.Ippudu emo TVU close chesadu.So ippudu emi cheyyali?Can we wait till the H1 reseult or should enroll in another univ?
