If government reveals their names, it should be take criminal action immediately
against those persons, as we all are know, there were big shots in that list.

If those names were exposed by wikileaks, the goverment will itself cover the big shots or
will create a committe of atleast 1 member for each fish and it will ready to spend another
1000s of crores of rupees and as we all are know, the economy is revoling by spending money.
Note: I heard most of the peoples opinion as The Great present Gandhi's family on the top of the list.
