depends upon Univ baa.. there are some univs where in you can find jobs directly (full time) - not a majority though..
However H1 chances r high ..when u apply under Masters quota  sHa_fr1ends ..but in my opinion 2 works chesi ikkadiki vachi Masters chesi ..if possible Full time kodithe..thats ideal
