Help Needed Very Urgent..

I had a problem with my bank statement showing available funds for applying Tier1(Post Study Work).. currently I am in UK maintaining required amount (800 pounds). But question is that now I need to go India and apply from there. So The problem arises, When I am applying from India I should show an amount of 2800 pounds minimum of 90 consecutive day in the bank. I dont know this thing would happen to me.. after April the visa rules gonna change, may be UKBA would abolish this Tier1 visa. Is there is any chance that I can show this funds with any agents who can deal things like this. Help me...

Finally Want i Want is Can any one(consultancy/agent) help me showing funds from last 3 months with my name and bank account..plz help me...
